See how this goes!

So in recent months I’ve got into a bit of a fad for restoring old computers – typically ones I used to own as a kid in the 80s. Spurred on by various people on YouTube, I thought I’d give it a go myself.

So far I’ve restored a 48k ZX Spectrum (that was given to me by a friend), an Amiga A500 from eBay and a Spectrum +2.

Of those, the only one I’ve ever owned myself was the +2. I had an Amiga A600 but I didn’t feel it was quite as iconic as the A500 so I went for that instead.

This blog will cover all the machines I’ve restored. So far, the Atari ST and Spectrum 48k are fully covered and I’ve just begun looking at my Sega GameGear – take a look in the menu to read the blogs.

Nobody will probably read this, but that’s fine 🙂
